Do you offer wholesale or customized orders?

Yes, we support wholesale, OEM, and ODM services. Please contact us directly for MOQ, catalog, and pricing details.

Can you put my company’s logo on the product?

Yes, we offer logo customization on small orders, and can also help redesign packaging for orders of 2,000 units or more..

What are the terms of your delivery?

We accept terms such as EXW, FOB, and CIF.

What is the MOQ of the products?

Normally 1-10 cartons for each items. Welcome to send us the email cindy@likiqtoys.com to check the MOQ of specific products.

How to send the goods?

Normally sending the goods by sea in FCL or LCL, and we also would send the goods by air or courier.

How about the lead time?

Normally 7 or 25 days for bulk order; 25 to 40 days for full container

How to get the sample?

You can email us at cindy@likiqtoys.com with the sku number you're interested in. We'll then provide you with a sample Proforma Invoice. (The sample fee will be refunded when you place a formal order.)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept TT, L/C, Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.

*T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) : 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment (standard terms). L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight (for large orders only) .

Are your toys safety tested?

Absolutely. All our toys meet or exceed international safety standards, including ASTM F963 (USA), EN71 (Europe), and CPSIA.

Can you ship directly to the Amazon warehouse if I am an Amazon seller?

Yes, we can ship directly to your Amazon FBA warehouse. We offer 100% product inspection (Extra charge) to ensure all items are defect-free.
